We take special care in preparing every order. From the moment your purchase is confirmed to the moment your jewelry arrives, we ensure a clear, reassuring and easy-to-follow experience.
Careful preparation
Every order is carefully prepared before shipping. We pay particular attention to the presentation, verification of the ordered piece and quality of the packaging.
After your order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to you. When available, a tracking number is provided after dispatch.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on the model ordered and the period.
This timeframe includes the preparation time required before dispatch. Depending on activity levels or the nature of certain models, a slight adjustment may be necessary, but we always maintain the same standard of care in preparation.
Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
The piece must be returned unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a preparation error or defective product.
Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund is issued to the same payment method used at the time of the order.
