We care about the quality of our jewelry, but also about after-purchase support. Should you have a question, notice a fragility or a defect, we take the time to review each request carefully.
A clear warranty
All our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, upon presentation of proof of purchase such as an order confirmation, bank statement or equivalent document.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects identified under normal use of the jewelry.

What the warranty covers
The warranty applies when a manufacturing defect is identified after examination of the piece. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to offer the most appropriate solution.
Not covered: normal wear, impacts, accidental breakage, oxidation due to environmental conditions or improper care.
How to contact our support team
If you notice a fragility, defect or issue with a piece of jewelry, please write to us by email including the relevant information for us to review your request.
- a description of the issue observed,
- one or more clear photos of the piece,
- your proof of purchase.
Processing your request
If the defect is confirmed and falls within the scope of the warranty, the repair or replacement is carried out free of charge.
Outside of the warranty period, where a repair is possible, a quote will be sent to you before any work is carried out.
